No minimum purchase is required for all orders made from our website.
DELIVERY CHARGE
- Free delivery with a minimum purchase of S$200 and above.
- S$25 delivery charge for order below S$200
MODE OF PAYMENT
Credit card payments by Visa. MasterCard or Debit will be accepted for all purchases made from our website.
ORDER/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
For every order you submit to winemansion.com.sg, you will receive an order confirmation.
In addition, you will receive an order/shipping confirmation email. We recommend that you print and save both for your reference.
For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide.
Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your confirmation.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Upon receipt of your order and payment, we send you an e-mail confirmation of stock availability and advise you on the delivery. Should an item ordered be out of stock, you can decide to wait for the next shipment, or change to another item or have a refund. All items ordered will be consolidated in one shipment to avoid additional shipping charges unless otherwise advised.
DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
Delivery is provided within Singapore ONLY. We deliver to homes and offices but not P.O. Box address. No international delivery or postage will be made.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
All orders will be dispatched out within 2 working days upon receipt of orders.
- Delivery service is available daily. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but Wine Mansion will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.
Please note that the number of delivery is limited.
Delivery timings (Charges apply for specific timing.)
Mon-Fri: 10.00am - 6pm
- Specific Timing Charge - $20 (subject to 3 hours allowance)
- Delivery charges are based on one destination.
- In the event that there is no recipient or no one at home/office to receive the wines, the wines will be sent back to Wine Mansion head office for self-collection by the customer.
- Wines delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery. Wine Mansion reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.
- While Wine Mansion endeavours to fulfill all deliveries, Wine Mansion shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
- Wine Mansion reserves the right to change the delivery timing.
DELIVERIES DURING FESTIVE SEASON AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS
We would advise you to place your orders early during festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and
special occasions like Valentines' Day, Mothers' Day to avoid any delays.
- Festive Periods refer to 4 working days in advance.
- Wine Mansion reserves the right to accept or reject any orders, including request for specific timing.
RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition.
You may return/ exchange the items within 7 days in the following cases:
- You have received a defective item
- There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed
We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost. Return/ exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange within 7 days of receipt date. Please notify us by e-mail at sales@winemansion.com.sg, or call us at (65) 6532 6656, of your intention to return and also to provide us your name, contact, invoice number and the reasons for your return.
